Vendor updates
Payment from the two wait list vendors came in:
ShelterMe Nebraska & Lost Pets of Lancaster Co.
Should have payment tonight from Sam.
Only other payment we’re waiting for is the other wait list vendor: Equality Press

OFTF donating a couple of shirts
Eric that recycles T-shirts for Free Saturday is hoping to donate two floor mats in multi colors for FFP.
Cinnamon from Novel Idea planning to donate a basket for the raffle.

FFP Logistics: Arrive at 9:45. Set up canopy for check-in and info. Booth.
Volunteers please arrive at 10:30 to check in.
Get Vol. buttons, sign in & give phone #s. Donation bucket at the booth.
Also need volunteers to help vendors unload cars and get stuff to tables.
1st thing, get tables & chairs from truck. Bring work gloves!
Red Cross booth right next door to check in.
Common root booth inside Pavilion.
Schedules, business cards, email sign-up sheet. Buttons magnets keychains bags.
Cash, checks or CC so long as one person has phone for the Square device.
Raffle tickets for individual prizes in ind. jars.
Drawing starts at 4:00, Heather will announce @ 4:30.
Clean-up of Pavilion, must be done by 6.
Allow park staff to direct moving tables & chairs. Only indoors.
Some outdoor vendors last year took some dining chairs for their booths.
We will have a sign at the doors of the Pavilion, and the check-in table.
Vending machines inside. No alcohol allowed. No smoking. Cleaned before we leave.
Supplies provided for inside. Putting everything away. More detailed list in Lacey’s notes.
Lacey went through some FAQs.
Volunteer Roles:
Brainstorming! Volunteer teams.
Lacey & Fette will lead tables & chairs setup (indoor & outdoor).
Better booth signs, number & type of tables & chairs.
Bob & Larry: Sign crew for perimeter signs.
Andira head of flags & banners team. We got the rainbow flags again.
Heather doing indoor stage setup team.
Spencer doing outdoor stage setup team.
Photo booth banner & accouterments, our booth, raffle stuff, water bottles, etc.
Vendors can set up starting at 11:30.
Once tables, chairs & signs are set, possibly have volunteers to help vendors unload.
Restroom signs? Very specific wording from State Ombudsman, will be laminated.
List of miscellaneous tasks at the check-in booth, Donna can also re-direct volunteers if a team is getting behind. 

Bob & Donna made a donation on behalf of Lacey’s Great Aunt Margaret that passed away. A thank you card was passed around to sign.

Andira reported about $1400 has come for FFP.
