Entrance to Auld Pavilion, “More inside” or something similar. Bob has some big cardboard and could use Community Coloring. Lacey also volunteered paint & brushes, etc. Voted yes.

–CR Financial Update – Andira – 2 minutes
Donations and payments have been good this week. No up-to-date quote this week.

–Keyholder Discussion and vote. – Heather – 10 minutes
Mike Bradstreet as Key Holder – Voted unanimously yes.
No new key set necessary, Mike & Heather will share one set.

–Sept Cal Draft – Lacey – 2 minutes

–FFP Vendor Apps – Lacey – 15 minutes

Nebr. Green Party (Offered sponsorship): 501c3 status doesn’t not allow affiliations with candidates or groups of candidates. Legal language is a bit vague, but Chelsea spoke with a friend who advised accepting funds from a political party would be a bad idea for such a small organization with no lawyer. (us that is) Not approved.

Lincoln Commission on Human Rights: Approved
University of Nebraska Press: Approved
Nova Foster Care: Approved
Hummingbird Catering: Approved
Trans Collaborations: $300 sponsor! : Approved (Double check that logo!)

–FFP Indoor stage update – Chelsea – 5 minutes
Waylon from ‘Story Time with Drag Queens’ may replace Itty Bitty Music.

–TDOR – Josslyn – 5m
Meeting Monday at the Non-Profit Hub to begin planning this year’s TDOR. 6:30
This meeting for affiliated groups, will appeal to broader public at a later date.
Nathan said they hope to make it a broader, more lasting event. Also thinking to have it at another church this year. Possibly downtown. 

— VOTE: Raffle ticket prize/FFP passport – Lacey – 5m
Each booth offered the chance to be on a ‘passport’ and get a punch or signature.
Possibly can have separate prize for the passport, plus the 50-50 money raffle.
Need someone for the separate prize master (Chelsea!) to collect donations or whatever.
Voted to do the passport thing. Also, to stagger the number of tickets, also to timeline asking vendors if they want on the passport.
