This very scenic 1994 Australian comedy/drama follows two Drag Queens and a Trans Woman traveling from Sydney to Alice Springs (over 1700 mile, literally the middle of Australia) to do a 2-week gig. Because style is so important, they do so in the titular bus. Needless to say, adventure and hilarity ensues, as does many wonderful musical numbers as central Australia gets a make-over.
