Night of the Living Dead - 1968

Directed and co-written by George A. Romero.
Arguably, Romero invented the Zombie Apocalypse genre. Over the years, the film was followed by 5 sequels, 4 remakes, and countless imitators.

Common Root and Big Top Performance Art Center are happy to bring you Common Root Cinema, an effort to bring our community together and generate a COVID 19 Mutual Aid Fund to help families at risk.

Common Root Cinema (CRC) is a Drive-In Movie Theatre crafted to the best of our abilities, and we’ll be showing a wide variety of films, so keep an eye out as we continue to update our schedule for future showings!

Please download the MINDBODY App, or use the Links provided to begin setting up your means of reserving a park spot at the Drive-In and donating up to $30 to the Mutual Aid Fund. We encourage and greatly appreciate at least $5 per person in each car.

The movies will be shown in a parking lot to the north of the Big Top Performance Art Center. Parking will be open at 7:30 and the movies will begin at Sundown, between 8:30 and 9, so please arrive at least 10 or 15 minutes ahead of time.

Bring snacks, drinks, and blankets!

WE ASK THAT ATTENDEES REMAIN IN THEIR CARS. Until we get an FM transmitter, you may have to open your windows slightly for sound.

There will be a bathroom available that we will keep sanitized, but given the circumstances, we encourage you to GO TO THE BATHROOM BEFORE YOU COME.
