"Being There" is a strange satirical comedy. It was Peter Sellers' penultimate movie and one he really wanted to complete with himself as the main protagonist. Mainly about politics and personal relationships, it illustrates the importance of really listening and really seeing people you meet. Plays with a lot of stereotypes and the way people with power because of money or political connections have an overlarge influence on how a candidate for President is picked.
